Prior to the Start Date

Once your week is booked, you’ll get access to your client portal with everything you need to prepare for your website, including a Discovery Questionnaire, so I can deeply understand your brand and build a strategy tailored specifically to you.
Phase I: Strategy

I’ll take a deep dive into your brand, your audience, and your market to understand what’s already out there.
From there, I’ll identify key gaps, refine your positioning, and clarify how your brand can stand apart in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
Phase II: Design

Once the strategy is in place, we’ll start with your homepage to set the tone for the entire site from messaging to visuals.
After you approve the homepage, I’ll design the rest of your website around it and share the full site for review, making sure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and truly you.
Phase III: Final Review + Launching

In this final phase, we’ll fine-tune the details, double-check functionality across devices, and optimize your site with SEO best practices to support visibility.
Once everything is ready, we’ll officially launch your new website!!
Post Launch Support

After launch, you’ll receive a personalized template guide to help you confidently manage and update your site on your own.
You’ll also have one full month of unlimited email support in case any questions come up or you need a few small tweaks. If you’d like ongoing support after that, I’m always happy to continue supporting you.

This is a fully custom website designed from the ground up around your brand, goals, and audience. Nothing is pulled from pre-made templates or one-size-fits-all layouts.
Yes. This experience is designed to help clarify your brand, not require everything to be perfectly figured out beforehand. As long as you’re open to strategy and collaboration, we can build from where you are.
You’ll need your brand assets and website content ready before we begin. I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed so you’re never guessing.

You’ll be most involved upfront during the strategy and content prep phase, and then again during review points. Outside of that, I’ll handle all the heavy lifting for you.
You’ll receive one month of unlimited email support after launch for small adjustments, questions, or guidance.
If you need larger updates or additional features beyond that, I offer continued support billed at my hourly rate or based on the scope and complexity of the request. Everything is always discussed and approved before any work begins.
All websites will be built on Squarespace. I love it (and so do most of my clients) because it’s very intuitive, flexible, and easy to manage.
